Fall 2025 Bearcats Celebrate: Cultural Graduation Stoles

Thursday, Dec. 11, 2025
12 -2 p.m. Fireseide Lounge (2nd Floor of Student Union)

As you prepare to celebrate your achievements, The Center for Engagement and Community Connection invites you to claim your cultural graduation stole. The cultural stoles honor identity, heritage, and personal journey. You are welcome to wear your stole during commencement as a symbol of pride and accomplishment or keep it as a meaningful memento of your time at Northwest.

We also invite you to pick up your cultural stole and join us for our Bearcats Celebrate on Thursday, Dec. 11, from 12-2 p.m. in the Union Fireside Lounge (2nd Floor of the Union). This is a drop-in celebration. You do not have to register to attend.

You may pick up your stole during the reception in the Fireside Lounge. If you’re unable to attend, stoles can also be picked up in the Center for Engagement and Community Connection (2nd Floor, Student Union) during regular business hours.

Note: The registration deadline is December 1, 2025. You do not have to attend the reception for your cultural stole.
