The EmpowerHER Summit is dedicated to fostering leadership by bringing together women in leadership roles and those aspiring to lead. Through engaging conversations, powerful stories, and actionable leadership strategies, attendees will gain valuable insights and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Jill Brown is a farm kid, marathon runner, lover of food on a stick, and assistant vice president of advancement at Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri. Prior to her current role in Missouri, she worked in various external relations roles at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. Jill has a speaking business, Collisions of Awesomeness, where she speaks about gratitude, networking, and a variety of other personal development topics.
