The purpose of the Young Professionals group is to provide a welcoming space for Northwest employees, whether young in years or young at heart, to promote the professional growth, personal wellbeing, and retention of faculty and staff just beginning their professional careers at Northwest. This purpose can be achieved through networking and social events, professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, resource sharing, issue education, and other initiatives.
