Group Role

Northwest Leadership Team (NLT)

  • Set strategic direction and priorities
  • Make key decisions and allocate resources
  • Champion institutional change and transformation

Executive Sponsor

  • Champions the project
  • Ensure strategic alignment and remove roadblocks
  • Engage stakeholders and drive change commitment
  • Oversee the project including scope, budget and timeline
 

Steering Team

  • Review and approve scope changes
  • Resolve escalations and manage risks
  • Guide adoption and prioritize changes
 

Project Management Office (PMO)

  • Daily project oversight and coordination
  • Track progress and mitigate risks
  • Ensure delivery on time, scope and budget
  • Enforce governance process and escalation path
 

Project Team

  • Design, build and configure Workday
  • Review and validate configurations
  • Test and approve functionality
  • Engage key stakeholders with influence of related processes that will be impacted
  • Note, membership will change based on the project phase.
