Students must pay tuition, fees, and charges by the due date each month. Billing notices and important communications will be sent to your student's email.
Authorization is required to access student records under FERPA. Learn how to become authorized.
Your student may have selected a membership that includes a declining balance. This means the money is already credited to their account and declines as they use it at campus retail locations, including Starbucks, Chick-fil-A, McAlister's, Qboda and Buffalo Wild Wings.
Bearcat Tip: Encourage your student to be cognizant of charges on their monthly bill with their Bearcat Card. However, money can be added to the declining balance anytime.
