Students are welcome to have guests in their residence halls during designated visitation hours.
Weekday visitation: 9 a.m. to 1 a.m.
Weekend visitation: 24-hour visitation begins at 9 a.m. Friday and continues through 1 a.m. Monday

Individual halls may choose to adjust visitation hours, so students should check their hall’s specific guidelines.
Student safety is a top priority. In freshman halls, guests of the opposite gender must be escorted by their host during evening and overnight hours.
Escort hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.
Residents are responsible for the behavior and conduct of any guests they bring into the hall.
Northwest welcomes campus visitors! Hosts should arrange a free Visitor Parking Pass before their guest arrives.
Visitor and temporary hangtags are available 24/7 at the University Police Department in the Support Services Building.
Visitor permits are valid for up to three days (unless otherwise approved).
With a permit, visitors may park in any visitor, resident, commuter, or faculty/staff space.
Guests are welcome to eat at any on-campus dining location.
Visitors may pay directly at dining venues.
Students can also use Meal Memberships to pay for a guest’s meal, but they must be present to authorize the charge.
