About Me

I graduated from Northwest with a degree in biology with an emphasis in zoology and a minor in biochemistry. While completing this degree, I worked as a lab assistant and supplemental instructor for General Zoology and Lab. I also worked in the TDC (now the SSC) as a tutor for math and science.

My husband and I have 8 children, 4 cats, a dog and 4 fish. Yes, a true zoo.

I was a non-traditional student. So, when I say "when I took that class," I'm not talking about two decades ago.
