Northwest Success 360, powered by Civitas Learning, is the official academic advising and student success platform at the University.
The system is an “analytically-driven holistic advising technology that provides intelligence, collaboration, and engagement capabilities” for faculty and staff and “allows for data-informed opportunities to proactively address changing student needs.” Northwest Success 360 is a primary hub for students to connect with their advisor, faculty and other success team personnel by scheduling appointments, reviewing course history and connecting to campus resources.
Northwest students, faculty and staff may access the system from the Bearcat login page or through Northwest Online.

Before reporting a system issue, it is recommended that users take advantage of the “Help” button in the bottom, right corner of your screen once inside the system. Once clicking the “Help” button, you can type in the topic you would like assistance on such as “Schedule an appointment”, etc.
Tip: If you type in “videos” in the search bar, you can view videos for almost every functionality available in the system.
