“Counted Out” shows the power of math that undergirds our democracy. The film has been selected to screen at dozens of film festivals, including the San Francisco International Film Festival, South by Southwest EDU and Original Thinkers in Telluride, Colorado, which spotlighted the intersection of mathematical thinking and civic health. An election-themed screening at a KALW public radio on National Voter Registration Day marked the launch of an impact and community screening tour.
