Department/School Group Visit
Description
Do you have prospective students coming to campus that you would like us to show around? Let Admissions help you organize a campus tour or walkthrough the residence halls.
To get started, complete the Department/School Group Visit Request Form by:
- Log into myNorthwest
- Go to Employee » Employee Resources
- Click on the "Request a Department/School Group Visit" link in the Forms module
Registration Information and Guidelines
Requests must be made 2 weeks in advance. Once I have received your request I will be able to let you know if it is available. You are able to access the different visit days we offer to see if it coincided with a visit day, in which we will not be able to accommodate.
- Visiting groups will not exceed 75 students. This allows our Student Ambassadors to provide the best tour experience possible.
- Please provide at least one chaperone for every 10 students.
- If visitors become disruptive during the tour, Northwest Student Ambassadors are authorized to end the tour immediately.
