Welcome to the Auxiliary Services', Schedule an Event web page. This site contains useful information regarding the scheduling of campus events. The links will direct you to the individual pages that offer information ranging from rental fees, to building policies, to some pictures of the rooms in their respective buildings.
Please feel free to use the web based scheduler program Astra Schedule to aid in scheduling your event (On Campus users only).
Northwest Off-campus and clients outside the University should e-mail a completed requests forms to the responsible contact. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Schedule an Event using Astra Schedule
Begining January 2nd, ALL events are subject to a security audit prior to final confirmation. As a result of this audit University Police/Security may be required at the event. If security is required a fee may be assessed. It may be determined that the event will not be approved. Not all events are appropriate for a campus community and those requiring personnel must work within the scheduling limits of that staff and other campus needs.
