Jill McCall, Parking Operation Assistant in the University Police Department was named Northwest’s 2013 Student Employee of the Year, in addition to being named the State of Missouri Student Employee of the year.Jill’s supervisor Monica McCullough quoted, “She is a rare gem and very deserving of the compliment for a job well done.”

The Northwest New Employment Mentoring Program is designed to be an individualized program for all new northwest support and administrative/professional staff. All new support and administrative/professional staff will be assigned a trained mentor. The mentors will be experienced Northwest support staff and administrative professional staff. They will be assigned to new employees based on their employee class to allow for commonality between job duties, skills and working environments. The mentor's role is to advise, educate and assist new employees during their transition as a new employee.
