- Associate Member Application - An Associate Member is a non-voting but vital member to the organization. Candidates will be interviewed and selected by the Executive Cabinet. Eligible candidates must have at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA and are required to attend all weekly meetings. You may apply at any time.
- Co-Sponsorship Application - Northwest Student Organizations can apply for a co-sponsorship with Student Senate at any time.
- Leadership Change/Name Change Form - Northwest Student Organizations can request to update their executive board or request to change their organization name at any time.
- Application for Appropriation - Northwest Student organizations can apply for appropriation form Student Senate. This will allow organizations to attend or host events, activities, or trips to benefit their organization or Northwest as a whole.
