Identity365 is a year-long celebration of the vibrant experiences, backgrounds and cultures that shape Northwest. This session features Thomas Sanchez presenting "Leading with Purpose in a Changing World."

Sanchez is a Northwest alumnus and the founder and CEO of Social Driver, a groundbreaking communication agency in Washington, D.C. He also is chair of the board of The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and mental health organization for LGBTQ+ youth. He has collaborated with some of the nation’s top innovators, creators and changemakers to scale programs, launch products and spark movements.
