Ask Valk Anything: The (New) Gilded Age?

Why is everything 1900 again? From political agendas to economic vibes the late-19th and early 20th centuries seem eerily familiar. What can the past tell us about our current situation and what can we do to understand our society better? Join us to ask your questions about these events with experts here at Northwest.

The Ask Valk Anything series invites faculty and community experts to answer your questions about current events and issues of interest to college students. These hour-long panel discussions will bring multiple disciplinary perspectives to complex issues and facilitate open conversation between students, faculty and community members.

The Ask Valk Anything series is start at 6 p.m. in Valk 118. This semester's themes are:

• March 27 - The (New) Gilded Age?
• April 10 - Only Murders in the Podcast
