Following graduation, I worked in the Broadcasting (Radio/TV) industry for several years. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I was previously the owner of the Kearney Fitness Center from 2003-2006.
Northwest / Community Involvement
I am a member of the Northwest Alumni Association Kansas City Alumni and Friends Chapter, and have assisted with many of the alumni activities. Community involvement includes committee work with the Kearney, MO School District to pass a tax levy. I have served as the President of the Parents Club for the Kearney High School track team and a member of the Kearney Football Parents/Booster Club. I am also a very proud parent of 2020 Northwest graduate, Jenny James, who was a Sports Media major. She was the sideline reporter for the Bearcat football team for two years.
Special Memories of Northwest
I am proud to be a Northwest Bearcat and promote the University any chance I get. I cherish the many memories I made and the friends I keep in touch with to this day.
Activities or Organizations Involved In While Attending Northwest
While at Northwest, I worked at KXCV and was involved in KDLX activities. I was a member of Sigma Sigma Sigma Sorority and was a Bearcat stepper during my sophomore year.
