LTC Staff

Dr. Darla Runyon, Director of the Learning & Teaching Center, holds a Ph.D. in instruction and learning technologies from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a masters of education degree from Colorado State University, and a bachelor of science in education degree from Northwest Missouri State University.

Dr. Gail Cullen, Assistant Director of the Learning & Teaching Center and Instructional Designer, holds a Doctorate in higher education teaching and learning from Colorado Technical University, a masters of organizational management degree from the University of Phoenix-Albuquerque, a post-master certificate in management from Walden University, and a bachelor of communications degree from Western Illinois University.

Mike Grudzinski, Video and Web Conferencing Specialist, holds a master of science in higher education leadership from Northwest Missouri State University, a master of arts in communication studies from the University of Iowa, and a bachelor of journalism in broadcasting from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Bikash Adhikari, Computer Software and Programmer Specialist, holds a master of science degree in applied computer science and a bachelor’s degree in ACS-accredited chemistry, both from Northwest Missouri State University.  

Jackie Runde, Online Academic Coordinator, holds a master of business administration degree, a graduate certificate in instructional technology, a bachelor of science in interactive digital media: new media, and a certificate in information systems, all from Northwest Missouri State University. 

Alyssa Bugbee, Northwest Online & Learning and Teaching Center Specialist, holds a bachelor of science degree in Animal Science from Northwest Missouri State University.

Scott Yocom, Textbook Manager, previously managed the Bearcat Bookstore on campus for Barnes & Noble College for 19 years. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Administration from Missouri Western.
