For Spring 2026

Verification will be open December 17 through January 14.

Verification on CatPAWS

Use your Classic 'CatPAWS account to verify your enrollment and personal information.

Please verify online at your convenience as early as December 17 and by January 14 as follows: 

• Access CatPAWS located in the Bearcat Login Menu on the Northwest home page (www.nwmissouri.edu) 
• Click the Login/Secure Area and enter your Northwest Network Account username and password
• Click the Student tab
• Click on Verification in the submenu
• Receive notification of any Holds which prevent verification
• Confirm or Update Local Address and Review Permanent Address
• Provide additional billing email addresses 
• Provide Emergency Contact Information
• Complete Bearcat Alert Enrollment
• Select the Service Site you will use as your primary contact location for Northwest

Your class schedule will be cancelled on Thursday, Jan. 15, if you do not complete online verification.

If you have preregistered and will not be attending the Spring 2026 semester, please send an email to registrar@nwmissouri.edu by Friday, January 9 to avoid financial obligation.

Textbook Pickup

Online Verification MUST be completed prior to picking up undergraduate textbooks.  Textbook Pickup is location in The Station on the following dates and times.  

Any prepackaged textbooks picked up after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14 are subject to a late textbook pickup fee.

Please note holds cannot be resolved on weekends since most University office are closed.
