For Summer 2026

Verification will be open May 4 through July 6.

Use your 'CatPAWS account to verify your enrollment and personal information.

Please verify online at your convenience between May 4 and continuing through July 6 for summer sessions:

Access CatPAWS located in the Bearcat Login Menu on the Northwest home page (www.nwmissouri.edu)
Click CatPAWS Login and enter your Northwest Network Account username and password
Go to the Student card
Click on Verification
Receive notification of any Holds which prevent verification
Confirm or Update Local Address and Review Permanent Address
Provide additional billing email addresses
Provide Emergency Contact Information
Complete Bearcat Alert Enrollment

If you have preregistered and will not be attending the Summer 2026 semester, please send an email to registrar@nwmissouri.edu before the first day of classes to avoid financial obligation. If you do not cancel, you will be subject to partial payment of fees.

Textbook Pickup

Online Verification MUST be completed prior to picking up undergraduate textbooks. Textbook Pickup is located in The Station.

Students can pick up textbooks for summer classes before you leave campus or during spring final exam week Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. To request summer textbooks be shipped to your home, please contact Textbook Services by email to nwtxbk@nwmissouri.edu or call 660.562.1150.

For Fall 2026

Verification will be open August 13 through August 26.

Please verify online at your convenience between Thursday, August 13, and Wednesday, August 26, as follows:

Access CatPAWS located in the Bearcat Login Menu on the Northwest home page (www.nwmissouri.edu)
Click CatPAWS Login and enter your Northwest Network Account username and password
Go to the Student card
Click on Verification
Receive notification of any Holds which prevent verification
Confirm or Update Local Address and Review Permanent Address
Provide additional billing email addresses
Provide Emergency Contact Information
Complete Bearcat Alert Enrollment

Your class schedule will be canceled on Thursday, August 27, if you do not complete verification.

If you have preregistered and will not be attending the Fall 2026 semester, please send an email to registrar@nwmissouri.edu by Friday, August 21 to avoid financial obligation.

Textbook Pickup

Online Verification MUST be completed prior to picking up undergraduate textbooks. Textbook Pickup is located in The Station on the following dates and times. Dates and times are not final.

Thursday, August 20	8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Friday, August 21	8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, August 22	12 p.m. - 4 p.m.
Sunday, August 23	2 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Monday, August 24	8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Textbooks picked up after 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 26, are subject to a late textbook pickup fee.

NOTE: University offices are normally closed on weekends, but some have limited hours on Aug 22-23.
