For Summer 2024

Verification will be open April 24 through June 25.

Verification on CatPAWS

 Use your 'CatPAWS account to verify your enrollment and personal information.

Please verify online at your convenience between April 24 and continuing through June 25 for summer sessions:

• Access CatPAWS located in the Bearcat Login Menu on the Northwest home page (www.nwmissouri.edu) 
• Click Login/Enter Secure Area and enter your Northwest Network Account username and password
• Click the Student tab
• Click on Verification in the submenu
• Review notification of any holds that prevent verification
• Confirm or Update Local Address and Review Permanent Address
• Provide additional billing email addresses
• Provide Emergency Contact Information
• Bearcat Alert Enrollment
• Select the Service Site you will use as your primary contact location for Northwest

If you have preregistered and will not be attending the Summer 2024 semester, please send an email to registrar@nwmissouri.edu before the first day of classes to avoid financial obligation.  If you do not cancel, you will be subject to partial payment of fees.

Textbook Pickup

Online Verification MUST be completed prior to picking up undergraduate textbooks. Textbook Pickup is located in The Station.

Students can pick up textbooks for summer classes before you leave campus or during spring final exam week on Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. To request summer textbooks be shipped to your home, please contact Textbook Services by email to nwtxbk@nwmissouri.edu or call 660.562.1150.

Northwest-Kansas City

Northwest-Kansas City students will pick up textbooks on site. Online Verification should be completed prior to arriving.
