Grant Williams is a junior from Bethany, Missouri, majoring in Marketing. Grant joined Knacktive to develop leadership, marketing, and management skills, as well as to gain experience in a professional setting working with others to achieve a common goal. Grant looks forward to seeing the expansion of not only his own skillset but also his peers.
Public Relations Manager
Dakota Dey is a junior majoring in Interpersonal Communication with double minors in Health Communication and Advertising. She is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and joined Knacktive to further develop her collaboration skills and strengthen her resume. After graduation, Dakota plans to return to the Kansas City area to pursue a career with Netsmart Technologies, a healthcare software company.
Marketing Strategist
Quincy Parmenter is a senior from Albany, Missouri, who is double majoring in Marketing and Accounting: Managerial. Quincy joined Knacktive to broaden her marketing skills, gain more work experience to build her resume, and to strengthen her teamwork skills. She is looking forward to graduating in December 2026 and starting her career in accounting.
Art Director
Anna Case is a junior from St. Joseph, Missouri, majoring in Graphic Design with a minor in Advertising. She joined Knacktive to continue to develop her design skills and gain hands-on experience working with a creative team. After graduation, she plans on pursuing a career in the publishing industry and continuing to do freelance graphic design work for small businesses and organizations.
Graphic Designer
Sydney Slaton is a junior majoring in Digital Media: Content Strategies with a minor in Advertising. She is from Olathe, Kansas, and joined Knacktive to improve her skills and help a local company at the same time. On top of that she hopes to gain experience working in an advertising agency setting and take what she learns into the workforce. This is particularly relevant as Sydney plans to work in a similar position at an agency following graduation.
Multi-Platform Content Creator
Emma Cole is a junior studying Business Management and Marketing. Emma is from Lee’s Summit, Missouri. She joined Knacktive to gain real world experience and the opportunity to create a project with others. After graduating, she plans to work as the owner of Cole Pest Control.
Digital Manager
Brooklen Black is a senior from Shenandoah, Iowa, majoring in Computer Science. She joined Knacktive to improve her collaboration and public speaking skills, and to learn from students from other majors while gaining experience in a professional setting. As a digital manager, Brooklen looks forward to sharing her skill set with others to help achieve a common goal. After graduation, Brooklen plans to pursue a full-stack software engineering position.
Media Manager
Athena Xydakis, a senior from Omaha, Nebraska, majoring in Marketing with a minor in Advertising. Athena joined Knacktive to gain real-world experience and enhance her professional profile. She looks forward to working with her teammates and improving her marketing skills. After graduation, Athena plans to move back home to Omaha and find a job as a brand marketing manager.
