Net Paycheck Estimator

This Net Paycheck estimator will assist you in determining your net monthly income after taxes and additional withholding amounts (at your discretion). Simply follow the steps outlined below then click "calculate" to figure your net paycheck or the "reset" button to clear the form. The information provided here is to assist you in financial planning. Any analysis is a result of the information you have provided. The end result is only an estimate.


Gross pay for the monthly pay period before taxes and deductions. This is your total earnings for the month. If you are contracted for less than 12 months but elect 12 monthly paychecks, you must divide your annual salary by 12.

Group term life insurance provided by Northwest is not taxed on the value on the first $50,000 of coverage. The value of the remaining coverage is a taxable benefit and is to be added into the employee's gross income. This amount is presented on your paystub.
