The student Housing Contract, for the fall and spring terms, does not cover Thanksgiving break, Winter break, or Spring Break. Students who require housing during breaks need to register by 2 days before to the announced closing of the residence halls. Late registrations will result in a $10 administrative fee.
Students should monitor their Northwest email account for complete break housing information in early November for Thanksgiving and Winter Breaks. Spring Break information will typically be sent 3-4 weeks prior to the start of break.
