You will receive two emails from noreply@nwmissouri.edu, one with your username and one with your password. With this information, you can set up your Northwest email account.

Completing your housing application determines the date you will receive your room assignment. Sign up early to be first in line!
Applying for the FAFSA allows you to find federal student aid depending on your family income and triggers Northwest to package an aid offer for you.
Students can register for orientation/SOAR beginning in February. Registering for orientation allows Northwest to begin scheduling you in classes. Check out the dates available for orientation/SOAR.
Ask your high school to send your final official transcript to Northwest’s Office of Admissions after graduation. Your transcript must include all final grades and your graduation date.
If you completed college or dual credit courses in high school, request that an official transcript be sent directly to Northwest from the college or university where the credit was earned.
Final high school and dual credit transcripts must be received by August 1.

To qualify, students must complete the following early May.

You will receive an email with your specific room assignment. Room assignments will be given to the students who applied for housing first.
Once your application is complete, you will gain access to the roommate module in the housing portal. From there, students can make profiles and complete questionnaires to meet potential roommates. You can also check out the ZeeMee App to meet potential roommates and to get to know other Northwest students.
For first-time freshmen, our professional advising/coaching team will schedule your classes for your first semester at Northwest. You will have a chance to review and request changes when you attend SOAR. Factors taken into consideration when creating students’ schedules are:
