Northwest's Move-in Day for Fall 2026 will take place on August 20, 2026.
Designated move-in times are based on the student's last name. If you need to come at a different time than your assigned time, please contact reslife@nwmissouri.edu.
A-B → 8:30 a.m.
C-D → 9:00 a.m.
E-F → 9:30 a.m.
G-H → 10:00 a.m.
I-J → 10:30 a.m.
K-L → 11:00 a.m.
M-N → 12:30 p.m.
O-P → 1:00 p.m.
Q-R → 1:30 p.m.
S-T → 2:00 p.m.
U-Z → 2:30 p.m.
You must complete the Health History Form 
(for domestic students) before you arrive for Move-in Day.
Commuter students are also required to attend Advantage. There will be a commuter student meeting during Advantage, time and location TBD. As well as University Seminar Classes, which are required. View a full schedule »
Transfer students may move in between Aug. 20-23. Check in at Orientation Central at the Student Success Center on the second floor of B.D. Owens Library to receive your welcome packet!
