2026 Benefits Overview

In 2026, we are pleased to announce only one minor change to the Qualified High-Deductible Health Plan:

  • The deductible on the Qualified High-Deductible Health Plan will increase from $3,300/$6,600 to $3,400/$6,800 in order to remain compliant with IRS guidelines for high deductible plans.

There will be no change to health insurance rates for employees in 2026.  Dental, vision and life insurance plans and rates will also remain the same.

Please take a few minutes to review the open enrollment guide, which includes details about all of the benefits available to employees. The rate sheet summary is available to provide a snapshot of the benefit plan designs and rate information.

*Please note, rates provided in open enrollment communications are monthly. The frequency is subject to change with transition to Workday July 1, 2026.

Open Enrollment Period

This year, the open enrollment period will be Oct. 27 - Nov. 7. Please take a few minutes to review the open enrollment guide, which includes details about all of the benefits available to employees. Additionally, a rate sheet summary is available to provide a snapshot of the benefit plan designs and rate information.

If you are not making any changes, no forms are needed for medical, dental, vision or supplemental life insurance.

MO Cafeteria Plan Flexible Spending Accounts

If you would like to participate in a flexible medical or dependent care spending account, you MUST re-enroll every year. As a reminder, if you are enrolled in the qualified high deductible health plan with a health savings account, you cannot participate in the traditional FSA for medical expenses but can contribute to the limited scope FSA for dental and vision expenses.

2026 Open Enrollment Forms
