The Co-Curricular Transcript is a tool generated for every student in Bearcat Link that serves as a comprehensive overview and timeline of your outside-the-classroom experiences while attending Northwest.
Transcript Labels
The Co-Curricular Transcript consists of several parts. The top left of the page will be labeled "Co-Curricular Transcript," and directly beneath you can find the range of dates being pulled into your transcript.
Student Overview
Then, you can find your first and last name as it is recorded in Bearcat Link. To the right of your name, three boxes will tell you the following: first, the number of organizations you have been a member of; second, the number of Experiences you have earned; and, third, the number of service hours you have completed.
Competencies Section
The next section is labeled Competencies. Competencies are groups of related skills. This section will show you, for each Competency, your progress towards completion given as a percentage, then below that you will see each Skill that makes up a competency. There will be 0, 1, 2, or 3 colored bars indicating whether you have not begun earning a Skill (0 bars), or earned Basic (1 bar), Intermediate (2 bars), and Advanced level (3 bars).
Experiences Section
Memberships Section
The Membership section highlights every student organization you have been a member of. For memberships to appear on this page, you must be on the official Bearcat Link roster for that organization. Each organization will be labeled, any position you held will be shown, and the dates of your membership will also be shown.
