2026 Pre-season BMB Camp Schedule*

All dates are required. Students residing on campus will be allowed to move in early;
campus housing early-arrival fees will be paid for by the Music Department pending university funding.

Once each group has reported to campus, those members will remain for the duration of the camp.
Members should plan to be in attendance all day.

Advantage activities are listed in bold, and all activities required of BMB members taking part in Advantage are listed here
Some voluntary and Sunday Advantage events are not listed below, but will be shared on your official Advantage schedule.

Saturday, August 15

All Student Leadership/Paid Staff Report

If needed, email us at nwbands@nwmissouri.edu to request a Friday move-in. Keys will be available noon-5PM today at the Station.
