Grants Management

Risk Management/Insurance Specialist provides budget analysis along with risk assessment on all proposed and active grants.
Duties Include
  • Attend all Pre and Post Award PAwS meetings to discuss the budget, operations and implementation of the grants.
  • Maintain files for all grants including awards, contracts, reports, invoices, reimbursement requests and all other supporting documents.
  • Provide oversight of active grant budgets
  • Provide assistance to PI on operations and implementation of grant budgets
  • Provide support to the Bursar’s Office on the collection process of grant funds
  • Work closely with the Accounting Office for the accurate posting of payroll, expenses, and revenues
  • Provide documentation for the University’s Financial Audit
