Risk Management/Insurance Specialist provides budget analysis along with risk assessment on all proposed and active grants.
Duties Include
- Attend all Pre and Post Award PAwS meetings to discuss the budget, operations and implementation of the grants.
- Maintain files for all grants including awards, contracts, reports, invoices, reimbursement requests and all other supporting documents.
- Provide oversight of active grant budgets
- Provide assistance to PI on operations and implementation of grant budgets
- Provide support to the Bursar’s Office on the collection process of grant funds
- Work closely with the Accounting Office for the accurate posting of payroll, expenses, and revenues
- Provide documentation for the University’s Financial Audit
