Welcome Northwest Alumni Marching Band & Choir
We're pleased to have you join us for another year of music! As always, it's a great time to come together and celebrate our shared love for our alma mater.
The football game is on September 13 with a 1:30 p.m. kickoff. Participants will perform at pre-game and half-time. Registration will be free this year, however to sit in the reserved seats, you must purchase a game ticket.
A block of hotel rooms has been reserved at Bearcat Inn and Suites for Saturday evening. You may contact them directly at 660.562.2002 and mention the group name Music Alumni. Please make your room reservations by August 30, as the rooms will be released after that date.

Check-in at Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building. If alumni band members are needing to borrow instruments, they will be picked up at this time.
9:00 a.m.
Rehearsal for choir group at Olive DeLuce Fine Arts Building: Choir Room 108
10:00 - 10:50 a.m.
Rehearsal for both groups on Mel Tjeerdsma Field. (Band members will not have a rehearsal at fine art building prior to the field practice.)
11:00 a.m.
Rehearsal Lunch at tailgate zone (choir) or fine arts (band)
11:50 a.m.
Marching Band warm up in Charles Johnson Theatre (Alumni don’t need to come to this, but are welcome to)
12:20 P.m.
Band on Ray Ave for parade to tailgate zone.

Meet for pregame performances
