Employee Wellness

At Northwest, employee wellness (mind, body and spirit) is of the utmost importance.

The Bearcat Family is ‘Stepping into Spring’!

This Spring, we are continuing a rolling sign-up for Wondr, with monthly group meetings the last Wednesday of each month, 12:00-1:00pm in the HR Conference Room. Additionally, we are literally “Stepping into Spring” with a Spring-themed, 6-week fitness challenge via the MoveSpring app. See the Exercise page for sign-up information. Happy Spring, Bearcat Family!

Dr. Van Buren, ND, MSN

I am very excited to announce a new addition to the Northwest HR Wellness Program for 2024. Beginning February 19, employees who currently hold a BCBS insurance plan are eligible to participate in the Wondr program at no cost to them.
