The Northwest Experience

Addison transferred to Northwest from an NCAA Division I university to take advantage of the smaller class sizes, one-on-one attention from faculty and networking opportunities.

She is passionate about research and grateful for the hands-on experiences that allowed her to push herself to become a strong scholar and researcher. In fact, data she collected during a summer internship was presented by her professor during a webinar, and the study piqued the interest of a German scientist, who is now using the information she collected.

Because of the skills Addison developed through her coursework and internships, she gained a foundation for lifelong learning and the confidence to succeed in graduate school, preparing her to be career ready, day one.
