We live in a crazy world that is more connected, complex, and uncertain than ever before.  The distinction between work and personal life has blurred causing ambiguity and stress.  Stressful situations can cause you to feel …no energy! ...scattered energy! ...even ugly energy! You can create balance by understanding how to return to your center of positive energy and well-being.  In that state, you will be resilient enough to keep your cool, cope with stressful challenges, and claim your balance.  This interactive session will give you a power charge and teach you practical strategies for keeping your balance intact.

We all view the world through our cultural lenses imposed upon us by our upbringing, education, or by the society.  When people with different cultural lenses come to work together, there come moments of frustration and disappointment when miscommunication gets in the way of group harmony, effectiveness and productivity.

Imagine a team activity that reaches across all cultural boundaries, fully delights and engages an unlimited number of participants, reinforcing in them the concepts of village unity, promotes shared values and win-win opportunities, and in which success depends on the concentration and commitment of each player. This unique cultural bridge is called Yan-koloba.  Yan-koloba has roots in the traditions of African cultures.  It is the only social game that gathers persons of all ages, genders and physical abilities around the same circle. By playing Yan-koloba, participants reinforce the concepts of respect for self and others, trust and acceptance, responsibility and leadership, unity and teamwork, all in a fun and very enjoyable environment.
