Department of Fine and Performing Arts

The Department of Fine and Performing Arts provides opportunities to participate and participate in formal and information performances during the first year. The department has majors in the following categories:

Since 1969, Northwest Missouri State University has been a member of the National Association of Schools of Music. Both the Bachelor of Art and the Bachelor of Music Education are accredited by NASM. This accreditation certifies that the programs are of the highest quality and the curriculum conforms to national standards of excellence.
