At Northwest, we understand that with the busy schedules of students and families, it is sometimes difficult to coordinate an individualized daily visit. Thus, many high schools and outreach programs have much success in scheduling a group tour with us.
Please refer below for group visit registration information, guidelines and more.
Northwest wants to make your visit as enjoyable as possible. When registering, we ask that you please consider the below information:

Looking for something a little extra for your students? Many of our campus offices and departments would love to come speak to your group. Some of our more popular additional sessions include: TriO Program, Student Support Services, Upward Bound and our Office of Multicultural Student Success. Please ask our Campus Visit Coordinator for more information.
Students in your group have the option of bringing their own lunch to enjoy anywhere on campus, such as Colden Pond, The Centennial Gardens or The Bell Tower. If your group prefers, they can purchase lunch at the J. W. Jones Student Union Bearcat Commons, where there’s many different dining options to choose from! A pizza catered lunch can also be arranged; just let our Campus Visit Coordinator know your preference! For more information about dietary restrictions and pricing, please call Northwest Campus Dining at 660-562-2555.
We look forward to showcasing Northwest to you and your group!
