Northwest announces processes for returning spring textbooks, laptops, picking up summer textbooks

Northwest Missouri State University has announced options for students to return textbooks and laptops as the spring semester concludes.

Students may return textbooks and laptops by visiting the Northwest campus in Maryville or the Northwest-Kansas City in Gladstone; textbook shipping also is available. Specific details are provided below and on each office’s respective website.

Students seeking additional information about returning textbooks should contact Textbook Services at nwtxbk@nwmissouri.edu. Students seeking additional information about returning laptops should contact the University’s technology Help Desk at helpdesk@nwmissouri.edu.

A hallmark of Northwest’s emphasis on providing students access to an affordable education, Northwest provides laptops and textbooks to students as part of their tuition, ensuring all students have access to the tools they need to be successful in the classroom. Northwest launched its textbook rental program in 1922 and the laptop rental program in 2005. The programs save students an estimated $6,800 during their four-year academic career, compared to students attending other institutions.
