Northwest accepting nominations for leadership, employment, organizational awards


Northwest Missouri State University is now accepting nominations for its annual Awards and Recognition Ceremony.

The collaborative celebration recognizes excellence among Northwest students, faculty and staff. Awards are presented by Student Employment, the Graduate Office, the Office of Student Involvement, B.D. Owens Library, the International Involvement Center, the Office of Human Resources, Student Senate and the Student Success Center.

A list of organizations accepting nominations is provided below. Click here to view the criteria for each award and submit a nomination.

The deadline to submit papers or projects for the Owens Library’s Undergraduate Library Research Awards is Tuesday, Jan. 31, by visiting https://www.nwmissouri.edu/library/libraryinfo/research-awards.htm.

Nominations for all other awards are due at 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10. Nomination forms are accessible by signing into BearcatLink and clicking the links below.

There is no limit on the number of nominations an individual may receive, and award recipients will be announced Monday, April 3, at the Northwest Awards and Recognition Ceremony.
