In this training program, you begin by building a strong foundation in automation and technical systems. You:

  • Develop core automation skills through training in data handling, system operations, and machine programming.
  • Learn blueprint reading and CAD fundamentals to understand and design technical systems.
  • Build a solid understanding of electronics and industrial components used in automated environments.
  • Complete OSHA-10 Workplace Safety training to ensure safe practices in industrial settings.
  • Take a variety of elective courses to develop additional skills and prepare for industry-recognized certifications including ETA SET, ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), and TOSA Spreadsheet certifications.

You also learn soft skills that include problem solving, attention to detail, critical and logical thinking, perseverance, professional communication, time management, and adaptability that will serve you well throughout your career. A Career Launch module towards the end of the program makes you ready to seek and apply for new roles.

This career training program ensures you develop strong capabilities in automation, system troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving. Upon successful completion, you will have the knowledge, hands-on experience, competency, and confidence to pursue industry-recognized certifications including OSHA-10, ETA SET, ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), and TOSA Spreadsheet certifications.

Program Pre-requisites

Candidates must successfully complete a two-hour online Career Readiness Assessment to gain acceptance to this program.
