Residential Life offers a variety of specialized services to help insure your success and satisfaction at Northwest.

Need some extra help to pass the big test? Your ARCH (Academic Resource Consultant in-Hall) is ready to help! ARCHs are specially training to get you the resources you need for academic success. There are two ways to request academic help from your ARCH:
- Request an ARCH visit at your hall's front desk. The Desk Assistant can file a help request.
- Visit the "Residence Halls" tab on myNorthwest and visit the ARCH channel. Here you find a link to submit on an online help request.

Laundry day is upon you, but you don't want to walk all the way down stairs to find out if a machine is available. No problem! Laundry Alert shows you what machines in are available in your hall and tells you when your laundry is done! Links for this service can be found on the Residential Life channel's "Services" menu on myNorthwest (Residence Halls tab). |

Newly opened January 2008! Updated student fitness centers including weight-training equipment and aerobic exercise areas in South Complex and Phillips Hall. Residence hall fitness rooms are open to all students who purchase a Fitness Pass from the Northwest Fitness Center. |
