Living-Learning Communities
Residential Life currently offers two Living/Learning theme floors. These floors, located in South Complex, feature regular programming and events based on the theme of their floor. Student must complete an application to live on one of these floors during the spring Room Selection process.
Healthy Living Floor
Goals
- Provide development and programming that focus on wellness wheel to include: Social, Spiritual,
Emotional, Occupational, Intellectual, and Physical.
- Provide resources and support to develop a lifelong Healthy
Living plan.
- Create a supportive environment among residents, staff and
faculty.
Benefits
- Opportunity to cultivate
personal relationships with community leaders (faculty, staff etc)
- Unique leadership field
trips or access to distinguished lecture presenters.
- Develop a lifelong Healthy
Living Plan.
- Participate in floor
activities focused on healthy living, community development and fun.
- Help develop floor for
current and future years.
Leadership Floor
Goals

Students leaving floor
have become knowledgeable about all 10 components of servant leadership.
- Students leaving floor are
taking leadership roles in outside organizations where applicable.
- Students will research and
look to change problems they identify on campus.
- Develop and utilize a
personal leadership plan.
