Public vs Internal content

Who should see my content? Adding Information to MyNorthwest, Northwest's portal for internal communications. The Marketing and Web Services Team manage the MyNorthwest portal and the content in it.

When considering who should see your content...

  • do you need to protect content behind a login?
  • is it only intended for internal Northwest audiences?

MyNorthwest contains things like HR documents, faculty toolkits, and various other communications for Northwest audiences. This a great place to put content intended for faculty, staff, current students or any other stakeholders with a Northwest Login. 

Any site, public or internal, can still link to these (they still have a URL) assets for ease of use.
