More than 80% of our students are involved in one or more groups.

There are 150+ organizations to choose from, ranging from student governement and Greek fraternities and sororities to multicultural gropus and academic clubs.

Haunted Campground was an event set up for children and their families to be able to have a safe and fun filled environment to celebrate Halloween.  The organizations that were represented were Alternative Spring Break, Cheerleaders, Rec Programming, Sigma Phi Epsilon and Sigma Society.

Our mission is to develop lifelong leaders by enhancing academic learning and providing meaningful co-curricular experiences.

The Office of Student Involvement values:

BearcatLink

Bearcat Link is an online involvement portal through which individuals can create a profile and find involvement opportunities based upon mutual interests. For student organizations, there are a variety of resources available. Each group has unlimited storage for documents. There is a flyer board to advertise upcoming events and meetings, and even the possibility of holding elections in an online accessible and paper-free environment !

It is the policy of the Office of Student Involvement at Northwest Missouri State University to discourage student groups from programming or holding events beginning this Saturday prior to the week of finals thru the end of each semester.

Fall 2016 No-Programming Dates: Saturday, December 10 - Friday, December 16
Spring 2017 No-Programming Dates: Saturday, April 22 - Friday, April 28
