Hatha Yoga is a gentle, easily mastered practice for relaxation, balance, strength and flexibility.  New studies suggest yoga supports healthy immune functioning, emotional regulation, stress management, and improves physical symptoms, such as high blood pressure, muscle and joint stiffness, insomnia, low back pain and more!  Many yoga participants report a sense of heightened mental and physical wellness and relaxation after experiencing just one session of Hatha Yoga.  Yoga helps to promote an interdependence between mind, body, and spirit and helps you find balance in life.

No prior yoga experience needed. Limited quantities of yoga mats and props are available for use during the day, but we encourage you to bring your own mat and a pillow.
