Hello Bearcats! My name is Nicole Canning and I am a Resident Director here at Northwest Missouri State. I am from Seward, Nebraska but I got my start in Residential Life as a RA and then as an Assistant Complex Director here at Northwest. I realized I have a passion for working with students! Residential Life and Northwest seemed to be the perfect fit. When I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology, I could not imagine leaving my Bearcat family so I decided to stick around! It is true that Once a Bearcat, Always a Bearcat!
