Northwest Missouri State University’s Tourin’ Bearcats, a travel program for alumni and friends, is accepting reservations for its “Hawaiian Adventure” next spring.
The Hawaiian trip will be April 25 through May 4, 2019. Guests will travel to Oahu, Kauai and Maui with a leisurely stay on each island.
“We are so excited to offer another chance for alumni and friends of the University to come together for this amazing travel opportunity,” Bob Machovsky, director of alumni relations and annual giving at the University, said. “The Tourin’ Bearcats travel program is a great way to travel. It removes the hassle of planning a trip and provides the comfort of knowing you are traveling with others who are connected to Northwest Missouri State University.”
Trip highlights will include Waikiki Beach, Pearl Harbor, Oahu’s North Shore, Waimea Canyon, Kauai Coffee Estate, Fern Grotto, Lao Valley, Lahaina and a Polynesian luau.
Packages begin at $5,799 per person and are subject to change. A deposit of $500 must be turned in with the reservation by Oct. 18. The final payment is due by Feb. 24, 2019.
The trip includes round trip airfare, transportation to and from Maryville to Kansas City International Airport, nine breakfasts and four dinners.
Rates are based on double occupancy and departure from KCI. Trip insurance is available for purchase. Taxes and fees on airline tickets are subject to change until issued.
