Northwest Missouri State University faculty and staff as well as Maryville business and community leaders are invited to participate in the next cohort of the Social Justice Institute.
Social Justice Institute I focuses on implicit bias, and Social Justice Institute II will continue the discussion into institutional bias and civility.
The Social Justice Institute is open to all University faculty and staff as well as community leaders. The program is sponsored by Northwest’s offices of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and Human Resources.

Pre-readings are suggested, and registrants will receive an instructional packet or link to an online implicit bias assessment.
