Dr. Brian Hesse, associate professor of political science at Northwest Missouri State University, was featured on the nationally syndicated radio program “The Academic Minute.”
The program airs on Northwest's award-winning National Public Radio affiliate KXCV-KRNW each weekday morning at 7:29 a.m. Hesse’s two-minute segment, titled “African Beer,” aired Friday, Aug. 15, and focused on commercial beer consumption of African people. Listen to the segment by clicking here.
“The Academic Minute” is produced by WAMC radio in Albany, N.Y., and features researchers from colleges and universities throughout the world, keeping listeners abreast of new and exciting developments in the academy. The program is hosted by Dr. Lynn Pasquerella, president of Mount Holyoke College, and features a different professor each day.
