Brief Description of project: Dr. Cline places an emphasis on Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems theory – which conceptualizes development as it occurs in multilayered and multidirectional contexts – and by incorporating readings and films with assignments, discussions and class activities that are focused on cross-cultural research and diverse or international populations
 
Awardee: Dr. Richard Sonnenmoser, Assistant Professor of English
Course internationalized: English 110 Intro to College Writing
Brief Description of project: Throughout the course, Dr. Sonnenmoser’s student will gain insight by writing, debating, and thinking through different ideas and issues of diversity and globalism in a way that helps develops their thinking, belief system, and what each student finds true.
