Job Duties

 Under the direction of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst you will observe, collect, and record data on client behavior and complete daily progress notes. Assist behavior analyst with behavior reduction assessments and skill acquisition. Know, respect, and support each individual's personal plan and safety crisis plan. Be cognizant of Missouri Quality Outcomes in all decisions. Follow ethical guidelines. Ability to work with clients that display agression toward self, staff, and others. Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time. Be committed to ongoing training and development. Demonstrate competence in written and verbal communication skills. Timely and accurate completion of all required paperwork. Keep supervisors aware of all relevant information.       

REQUIRED TRAINING: (completed after hiring) Acquire certification for Registered Behavior Technician (through BACB) within 60 days of hire. Abuse & Neglect, HIPPA, Positive Behavior Supports, Acceptance & Commitment Training (ACT), Tools of Choice/ Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, and other required training.
