Director of Late Night & Weekend Programming

Job Description

 Responsible for coordinating late night and weekend programming in an effort to provide alternatives to high-risk, off-campus events.

  1. Plans and executes a variety of programs throughout the academic year, such as comedians, magicians, hypnotists, illusionists, and other non-contractual programs.
  2. Must executes one event per month and seven events in total, per semester.
  3. Events should be allocated to months associated with higher-risk and/or months with more time allotted.
  4. Events shall occur after 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and at any time during the weekend.
  5. Holds weekly meeting with the SAC Graduate Assistant.
  6. All events shall be planned one semester in advanced of the event date.
  7. Responsible for the completion of event approval process and event data collection.
  8. Responsible for keeping detailed plans of all events, i.e. workflows, contacts, day-of-event timelines.
  9. Oversees the Late Night & Weekend Committee.


Student Organization leadership and event planning experience preferred.

Wage Rate

$500 scholarship per semester

10 Hours per week
