2023 Benefits Overview

In 2023, we are pleased to announce no changes to the dental plan. Changes to health and vision insurance plans for 2023 are summarized below. 

  • The deductible on the Qualified High Deductible health plan will decrease from $5,000 individual/$10,000 family to $3,000 individual/$6,000 family
  • Northwest will offer only one vision plan through EyeMed; the high and low plan options through Ameritas will no longer be available in 2023
    • This year, you MUST elect your vision coverage with EyeMed. If you are currently enrolled in vision coverage with Ameritas and do not take any action, you WILL NOT be defaulted to your current election. You will receive information about how to enroll from our COBRA third party administrator, Optum.
