No, this information is used to help make you aware of your health risks and inspire you to take action. The University and Blue Cross Blue Shield use the aggregate information to offer programs and services to help employees address their risks.
The University does not receive personal Health Risk Assessment information from its employees. The University receives aggregate information only. Some information it receives is the percentage of people who attended the event and the percentage of employees with risk factors, such as high blood pressure or high cholesterol. Northwest and the Benefits and Wellness Committee use this data to determine the tools and resources to offer employees.
